The Cleaning Ladies have been providing a high quality domestic service to clients throughout the New Forest for several years now, having been established in 2007, we have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and continue to offer a quality cleaning experience.
The cleaners introduced by The Cleaning Ladies have been providing a high quality domestic service to clients throughout the New Forest, Waterside, Southampton City Centre and Romsey area for several years now, having been established in 2007 by Michelle Ashley, the companies proprietor.
The Cleaning Ladies came into existence due to Michelle’s desire to provide the local communities with a 2nd to none service at a realistic price. Having grown up within the New Forest Michelle was astounded that there was not a local independent cleaning company offering a full cleaning service to the area, so hence the creation of The Cleaning Ladies.
We are steadily expanding, which shows that clients prefer to have an independent company clean for them as they know we are local and that our reputation is based on the fact that we are here to serve you the residents of the local communities. This gives you the sense of security safe in the knowledge that we will always provide a 1st class service because we care. And your re-assurance is something we value so for your piece of mind we are fully covered by public and liability insurance with key holder & alarm code’s covered within this.
Our office is based locally between Southampton and The New Forest and our office staff are always here to help you with any enquiries or queries that you may have. We regularly keep track of our competitors so that we can provide you with the highest quality and value for money service available to you.
Cleaners selected by The Cleaning Ladies are all taken through an induction and training process and are reference checked by previous employers to assess their reliability and honesty as they will be in a position of trust in your home. The cleaners are informed of the standards they are expected to maintain so you are safe in the knowledge that you will always receive the best possible service from all of our staff. They respond promptly and professionally in all circumstances, especially in emergency situations.
We introduce cleaners who are motivated individuals with previous experience and a 'can do' attitude. They operate under your direction in keeping your home clean, with the back-up of the office staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
New in 2012 ......
We are proud to introduce you to "Home Sweet Home" our sister company that has been set up to cater for clients within areas of Wiltshire, Test Valley & Southampton City Centre. Home Sweet Home is a new division specifically set up to cater for House sitting, Pet sitting, Ironing & Laundry, but obviously we can still offer domestic services to our clients in these areas through this company as well.
